The Journey

Throughout her 20-year career, Monica McCown has led many kitchens and dining rooms as an executive chef, hospitality consultant, general manager, and restaurant owner. As a managing partner of Artisan’s Table for eight years and now as the General Manager and Executive Chef of Ember Supper Club, Monica approaches hospitality management with a coaching-focused mentality, prioritizing the growth and wellbeing of each member of the team. Furthermore, Monica serves her community as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Orlando Hospitality Alliance, working to restore a sense of community amongst hospitality entrepreneurs.
